BIRTH: Copied verbatium from the family Bible, 1 Aug 1924. Marcia Rose Warner Toomey of American Fork, Utah has a copy of that which was copied. Otto N. Toomey Born Sept 9, 18980.

CENSUS: 1900; Enumerated by Eleanor Toomey, on the 11 June 1900, Denver, Arapahoe Co. Colorado; Birth date, Sept 1890; Age 9; Son of Andrew J. Toomey & Eleanor his wife. Otto was born in Colorado, His father born in Tennessee,
Mother born in Indiana.

BIRTH-DEATH-BURIAL: Dates of birth, death and burial obtained from the Salt Lake City Cemetery; 200 "N" Street, Salt Lake City, Utah; Otto is buried off the Cemetery's Wasatch Avenue; West-11-180-1,2-E.

NOTE: Helen's comments on her father Otto; My father was a concert pianist, had a marvelous tenor voice, an AA1 Carpenter and Cabinet maker and made some of the first radios. He had a terrible temper. You never knew when he'd let
loose. He was an alcoholic and Manic depressive.

DEATH-BURIAL: Dates of death & burial are from Wasatch Lawn Memorial Park (Cemetery); 3401 Highland Drive, Salt Lake City, Utah 84106; Section - Berkeley, Lot 453; NOTE: There is no grave marker but with help Joseph and Marcia Toomey were able to locate the exact location of the grave , May 15 1996. We took pictures of the grave site.

BIRTH: Hand written historical sketch; Birth date of childrens. Rosa Alice Cornwall born 8 September 1888.


10. Harold Monroe Warner

Records are from, Harolds death certificate, and newspaper article from the Dillon Montana Daily Tribune dated December 16, 1955

Harold owned his own Grocery store in Dillon, Montana, known as "Warner's Food Store" He was known as "Pop Warner".

Saw his wife at age 14 and told his friend he would marry that girl someday.

FUNERAL PROGRAM: Born 25 Apr 1900, Salt Lake City; Married 20 Mar 1918 to Harold Monroe Warner; Died 26 Nov 1979, Costa Mesa, California.

GRAVE STONE: Mt. View Cemetery; 25 Apr 1900 - 26 Nov 1979
